Heritage Angus Live in Geneva

Well I am back on the ranch again but last week I had a great time getting to visit some of the customers and the distributors of Heritage Angus beef. Getting away is  always a  challenge but I have a great wife that keeps the home fire burning and at the same time it is a very proud moment when I get to meet the customers that use our product and get to see the impact it is making to their menus, restaurants and food service. Our beef is now distributed and sold in Denmark, Germany, Italy and in our country of birth Swizterland…. It is something that Erika and I are very proud of and also something that many of our ranchers never thought would be possible.  One of the fans of Heritage Angus, is Executive Chef James Norman…”The Admiral”..I met James 2 years ago through email correspondence on his quest for a fantastic beef program. Through that email a friendship was sprung, he came to the ranch and now that he is the Executive Chef at the Kempinski Geneva he is working with our beef for a month long promotion in their flagship restaurant the “le Grill” .  Chef James is extremely driven and passionate about food and it is fantastic having partners that want to be part of something good.
